Probably one of the best remakes I've encountered to date. Feels very true to form, but somewhat updated with modern QoL solutions.

First Larian Studios game I felt like choices had some impact along the story. It is an amazing game harking back to the early days of CRPGs which innovated with branching storylines.

Probably amongst the most complete total war experiences upon launch I've experienced. All the surrounding system for the campaign map and the faction interactions feel good and intuitive. The option to play it more true to reality or go for the romance mode also makes the game more approachable for players enjoying either of the two styles.

This is a really good game, I'm usually not into spectacle fighters, or fighting games in general. But with it's interesting spin of hunting and gathering clues, becoming not only proficient in slaying, but understanding the world and it's dynamics, utilizing it's beautiful natural environments for your benefit and so forth. It's just a pleasure to play.

No bugs, beautiful game. This is the first AC I've enjoyed in ages, and I think it could be the best one to date.

So, I think this is my first real review and as such, this might not be the best formulated mass of text. Or even have good formatting for that matter.

So, this is a CRPG where your choices matter immensely from my experience. Your choices really affect what happens down the line, but not in a necessarily obvious way, it just forces you to really think the situations presented and make use of what little information you have. There are definitely points of no return.
After some discussion with a friend, our playtimes varied enormously, I came to the conclusion that I couldn't get most of the quests that exist in the game because of my choices from about 2 hours into it. I basically locked myself out of a lot of content in the first play through, and that felt great. That it actually dares to do that, not allow me to follow all the ways at once.

This is a game I'll probably play many more times, which I guess is, at least to me, one of the highest recommendations you can give to an isometric CRPG.
