Yes, ISBS: Balance, ISBS: Graphics, and there are a few other optional ones.

I did not find an ISPS mod, but did see an ISBS mod for bigger capital ships. Is that the one you mesnt when you recommended a mod via TS?

You'll start with 28 and probably have to have one point in each attribute as a minimum.
