This is one of the better RPGs I have played in recent years, but I do wanna preface that I have certain preference with RPG in a sci fi/modern/Post apocalypse setting.
So I am not gonna spoil too much, just a few pros and cons, and I obviously like it enough to write a positive review so take it however you will.
Pro:
-Good roleplay component, both in terms of plot and character building. You have a lot of freedom with how you can build you characters, react to NPCs/factions and your choice does matter in tangible ways that can both affect the playthrough and the endings.
-Characters and factions you met are interesting and diverse, and a lot of call backs and easter eggs if you played the previous games.
-The writing is hilarious and full of humor (and dark humor), definitely one of the better written games in recent years.
-The world of Colorado is not big compares to most open world games, but pack full of contents and worth exploring all of them.
-Soundtrack is absolute banger.

Neutral:
-The voice acting is mediocre.
-While it is not buggy, this game is certainly far from bug free. Thankfully nothing a reload can’t solve, and you can even find save editor to tailor certain thing if you want.

Con:
-The difficulty I feels…a bit off. I feel like this game encourage “alpha strike” and crits too much when you can take out more half of enemies in a rocket shot if you strike first, and enemies can do the same if they got the first shot off. Covers often means next to nothing and combat can generally be finished in a few turns, which IMO, really limit the tactical playstyle such as zoning and flanking.
-The main story line is kinda weak and not very long, which, honestly is not an uncommon theme of this kind of games, but I still feel like it can be elaborate a bit more. Also, really not a fan of how a certain plot line which involves a certain character from previous games are handled, feel like shoehorned in just to provide a different choice.
-Speaking of which, a few choices in the game feel like was desgined to force players to make hard moral choices but instead came off as shoehorned in and sacrfices believability, making player choose for the sake of choosing if you will.
-Using unity engine really limited the technical aspects of this game. It looks a bit outdated, runs not as well as it should be on my PC (i7-9700,2070, 32gb ram), loading time is longer than it should even with SSD. Hopefully inXile can move on from it in the future.
