better than the Sequel. FROMSOFT needs to pay Durante.

Story is interesting but Chaos kinda sucks as a multiplayer faction.

if only the Super moves werent Cutscenes. Its a stepback from Alpha/Zero and 3rd Strike but very competent with a likable cast compared with 3rd Strike.Now if only Cuckcom would fix SFV.

good game with a good direction . THQ was BOSS, SEGA really Phucked it up!

kicks @$$ to this day! forget COD or any other shooters. gameplay still rules, tons of mods!

5/10 - I would rate it higher if they just fixed the crash bug

pros:
-good gfx
-interesting system
-some interesting story elements
- breaking the system is fun, worth it for that alone, you'll put up with this game's BS
cons:
-annoying as phck characters
-mediocre ost
-linear as hell(almost zero exploration)
-too much grinding for monster parts
-mini-games scuk
-jaw-droppingly bad plot, concept was good but execution was grrrrr
-crashes after 3hrs or in the middle of those long A$$ boss fights
-forced romance is annoying

stupid CODified DLC. the missions turn xcom into a modern FPS full of hallways inhabited by waves of spawning enemies

stupid steam binary review system sucks, with that out of the way this game doesnt really compare to the original. too scripted linear and bombards you with a lot of mandatory missions and chatty browbeating support staff especially that moron central. If there's a mod that makes central stfu get it.
-AI cheats a lot
-enemies just literrally drop from the sky or beam down
-Cant setup ambushes.
-enemies dont drop their gear intact to force you to grind for stuff
-base building is a joke, only one base, the base is basically a linear "story" path to follow
-no real line of site, enemies can shoot and see through walls
-cover mechanics suck, cover is a percentage and bullets dont travel past missed or hit anything after firing.
-turn limit based objectives create a false sense of tension and urgency to the game w/c is so unwelcome
-AI gets free cover upon discovery, cant be taken by surprise
-no looting or picking up corpses
-the modern fps, linear story driven influence is too strong in this one

-RNG is out of whack but then again the randomness i s oddly compelling especially in ENEMY Within.
I could on and on but the game basically forces you to play a certain way which I hate. I hear the new one is even worse tsk tsk. Buy this on sale like I did.

better boss fights compared with City. Suffers becoz WB is obssessed with screwing over customers.
