Masterpiece

A modern fighting game that feels like a fighting game 10/10

Amazing controls, movement, and combat system. Map layout as a whole is pretty repetitive when compared to the highest quality metroidvanias, but the actual gameplay was so good that it I didn't mind.

abandoned game

love this game but it feels very unfinished and updates stopped after the official release.

edit: they continued to update the game but they've only been adding additional levels and characters, which adds next to nothing at the end of the day.

The reason I still dont recommend is that it's a collectathon platformer with a focus on speedrunning that ultimately fails in both aspects. It has no story or forward driving incentives other than making an arbitrary star count go up (that does nothing), making it extremely lack luster as a 3d platformer.
As a speedrunning game it pushes players to want to go for the fastest times through features such as ghost replays, timers, friend leaderboards, watching replays, input displays etc but doesn't even have a global leaderboard, the only speedrunning feature that actually matters. It takes so much from cs surfing but doesn't take the most important part.

It's a real shame since the actual gameplay is so fun but at the end of the day there's no reason to actually play it
