Highly competent but also somewhat perfunctory revisiting of the first game's greatest hits. Neither as funny nor as mysterious as the original. Worth playing, sure, but also a bit disappointing.

Shallow rehash of the substantially better World in Conflict. Features one of the worst control schemes ever forced upon an RTS game.

Aesthetic thrillride through one of the coolest gameworlds ever created.

Abysmal. A lifeless, monotonous, technically inept slog - one of the worst shooters ever released by a major publisher.

Straightforward and gritty campaign with one rather brilliant stealth level that briefly upends the game's formulaic but highly competent shooting.

Shoots itself in the foot with its dual-wielded shotguns by trying way too hard to make Nazi killing into high art. The Nazi killing is, however, rather good.

Campaign does a solid job of taking the Call Of Duty formula to space. Turn your brain off and you'll have a fantastic time blasting away at Kit Harrington's comically evil martian legions across a range of spectacular set pieces. Leave your brain on - especially through the mawkish final credits sequence - and you'll be exposed to an unpleasant dose of the series's endemic military fetishism.

One of the great FPS games. My only complaint is that the midsection's more traditional WWII scenarios are a drag when compared to the truly gonzo levels where you fry zombies and Nazi bondage chicks with your Tesla gun.
