There is nothing to weather the darkness except you and your FAITH.

John Ward is many things, and this is left to your interpretation. Is he a chosen priest, is he a man mid-psychotic break, is he slowly losing himself to the very thing that he intends to fight? YOU have to find out, this game is not willing to GIVE you all the answers, for you must SEEK them out yourself! The demos gave us a peek into this story, but the unholy trinity brings it CENTER STAGE. What really happened to Amy all those years ago? Who is Gary and What sort of gathering of horrors is living just under the curtain of humanity?

This game knows what horror is, and the world building is amazing. The soundtrack is intense even during the slower parts as it picks and needles you with doubts. The worst thing that modern horror does is explain everything and it ruins one of the core tenets of horror, THE UNKNOWN. I don't mean its up to the audience to make up answers for a wiki page or some such, but each person, each mind, each experience, can conjure new and terrifying experiences. We are going to war with the unspeakable, and I highly recommend you bring your best to fight it.

This game is short and has everything! Fast paced puzzle action, a relatable protagonist with realistic goals and the means to get them done! Also the super attractive business demon girl aesthetic that you never knew you needed in your life, ITS HERE!

I love this game, I love the characters, the myriad of different personalities who walk in the doors of VA-11 Hall-A looking for a drink and a bit of escapism. The soundtrack is amazing and I encourage anyone who likes video game OSTs to get it.

This game encourages you to take it easy, as if you too, are a patron of the bar. Grab a drink, dim the lights, play with the jukebox, and fall in love with these people. Their struggles are real almost too real, and this cyberpunk atmosphere is the perfect backdrop to our protagonist's day-to-day life working as bartender/therapist.

Let's mix drinks, and change lives!
