For fans of the previous game, Blood drive, this game has similar graphics but with new gameplay. Now we can sneak through the levels in order to evade the enemies!

The story feels like a new concept from Corpse Party, since as far as I know the game is not related to the previous games, it was supposed to be an original story in the same universe (some characters from the previous story appear).

But anything good I could say about the story ends there, since the game was not completed. There's only once chapter that ends in a cliffhanger and the Ex Chapter introduces the story of an old favorite.

Do not buy! Best if you watch it on YouTube or can find this game for less than $5.

It is an entertaining game and for that I would recommend this game, specially for fans of the previous game.

For those people that are not fans, this is a monster catching game, where you can raise monsters and use them as battle companions. You also work in a farm for various reasons like creating recipes, potions and use as crafting items. Like Harvest Moon games, you can also marry one of many candidates if this floats your boat.

The game has a mission objective, with simple dungeon crawling and bosses in order to beat the story. You have can customize your character with weapons, clothing and magic you can buy. It is an action RPG, first and foremost, but it's not as deep as your traditional JRPGs.

The setting is pretty basic too. The houses in the town are too far apart for some reasons, and the design of everything is like it was made by a rookie designer. It just looks empty. Characters dialogue is basically unchanging and after the first two or three times reading the same thing you will just skip it. There are character events that happens sometimes, and these are enjoyable to witness, but they are very few. If not for the story and the other types of gameplay, this would make this game very boring (kinda reminds me of those Harvest Moon games released for the 3DS).

Graphics are PS2 tier, and this is no joke, it's like this was a game developed for the 3DS and not PC or the Nintendo Switch (which this game is probably a port of). They characters are cel shaded but the environments looks from the PS2 era. I think this is like their second or third game in 3D, so I would expect a better work in their next iteration. Their 2D games were amazing when they were released.

I don't remember lag on this game, which is something the Nintendo Switch was suffering from in some parts of the game.

Something to point out, it that for some reason when playing this game with a controller, you won't be able to see the icons pertaining to the controller, but the keyboard. I don't know why that happens, but it is something to note. There's a mod for this, so just do a web search on this if you're interested. The mouse+keyboard combo works fine too.

There's always discounts for this game, so I would wait for one. I bought the normal version, since as the posting date all of the DLCs are cosmetic.

Between this game, Harvest Moon: Wind of Anthos and Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life (I think this is the latest and is the one I last played) I would recommend this game over the other two.

Just finished it and it is still an amazing games.

The levels are well designed and it is an open game, as it is not linear. You have an objective or two and it's up to you how you decide to finished the objectives.

Each character has it's own tricks and they feel very distinct.

The story is very well told and the VA did a great job too.

I recommend anyone that likes Live actions stealth based tactics game to try it.

It is a fun game and each mission will test your skills and critical thinking as every level can be accessed in different ways depending on the objectives.

As a Metal Gear experience, the story is lacking. It has some nice elements that add to the lore but the story is scarce and it is just sprinkled here and there.

A great and fun game but do not buy for the story. Just read a synopsis or watch it on a video platform elsewhere.

This a very fun game. The graphics are cute and it's very easy to pick and play. I wish this had more levels though

EDIT: BTW I am not a native speaker, so keep this in my mind when reading this review.

This game looks like it was inspired by Corpse Party but it didn't meet up to expectations, in my opinion.

The story is not bad at all, I wouldn't rank it a 10, but it's not a bad story for a video game by an indie developer.

I am not clear about how to explain the story, but without spoiling it, it is about a girl that was sent to another dimension and she's trying to escape it and go back home (duuh). She will be facing her emotions and confront her worst fears on the way (like many horror game in the past).

My main peeve with the game is the gameplay, or rather lack of thereof. I like to play games and not have to press enter to go through a lot of text and there's a lot of text in this game. The little gameplay that was added was good, in this case it was puzzles, but there weren't enough of it. There's some exploration but it's for like 10 minutes of the game, the rest of the time you will be pressing the Enter button to pass through the blocks of text. There is no battles in this game, the only you can do is run away from them.

I only got through 2 of the endings, since the autosave overwrote some of the save files I created in order to get the four endings and I didn't want to try and replay the game again. (Specially on the first save point, I wanted to know what would happen if I picked the second option. If you are reading this, do that first!).

In all this is one of the better games made by indie developers using RPG Makers and I hope this dude continue making games, specially one like this. You will get better as time goes on; just making this game have upped your XP points in game making hahaha
