As is typical for all puzzle quest games. The AI cheats. So each battle is determined on whether the computer wants you to let you win, not skill.

Making a move rarely gets you 2-3 matches from the unknown falling blocks, while AI constantly receives 4-8 matches.

So, you leave cheating on in the higher difficulty? But playing easy is super easy, and not rewarding....

As others have stated, have actual in-game, running stats, useful ones too, as in: how many combos were made of each, etc.

The post you made has quotes like: "Once again I don’t have the numbers, and I’m working from memory, so this is an approximate summary" How is this considered testing results?

The "base" difficulty now has the combo breaker on so the AI doesn't get as many cascades as it should based on random chance. Harder difficulties turn it off and give you bonus rewards (in addition to buffing the opposing troops). Highly encourage you to read this summary of our testing as the results surprised even us: {HIVATKOZÁS TÖRÖLVE}

If it doesn't cheat, then explain how the AI gets 2x more combos from falling blocks, CONSISTENTLY. I'm talking at least 5 maps in a row. When I saw 7 matches 2 maps in a row vs my all time best of 5, I had to uninstall...

Changing the difficulty means worse rewards, not to mention super easy mode - let me fall asleep. Why should I play baby mode anyways if there's a huge difference in rewards/challenge?

I don't recall the combo breaker, it's been almost 3 months now. Could just enable it by default if you know it makes the game more enjoyable? Or does it penalize you?

Hi Innocent Traitor,

Thank you very much for your feedback.

We understand your frustration with the AI and are constantly working to improve it but we assure you it is not deliberately cheating. We've written about this on the discussion boards and even conducted testing in the past, as well as made code publicly available: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/app/329110/discussions/0/624076851035003406/

Additionally, have you experimented with the Difficulty settings? The "Normal" difficulty turns on the "AI Combo Breaker" which prevents the AI from getting lucky and accumulating too many extra turns as a means to reduce player frustration. Higher difficulty settings disable this and in turn gives you bonus rewards.

We would really appreciate it if you gave the game a second chance and reconsidered your review.

Thank you very much,
