I found out the problem, the owner of the institution got a program to block all computers trying to get online. Only their computers can get online. :) and besides, i never get a virus, got Kazpersky antivirus, if i had a virus, it would bust it on the spot.

Having researched your problem getting online it seems you have a virus. Windows defender may not recognise it so you will need to scan your pc with another antivirus.
