Too bad i did play more than 2h and I could not get refund, because that game dosent deserve my time and money. Dont buy it, buy City Skyline 1 instead

I love it!
What I did like?
Espionage in this game is brilliant in most games is boring or barely useful, here thanks to operations, it adds a new layer of the game.
- AI did that to me - they crated revolt in my village, deep in my territory I moved most of my troops there and then they attacked my bordering region.
I want more of that fun spy stuff.
I like how combat is slow and you need to plan thanks to supply more than just - more units and crush enemy base.
Diplomacy is fine
What I didn't like?
Ranged units need more love they seem easily counter by melee and after some time I stopped making them (the heavy weapon or the demolition are better but still...

SPICE MUST FLOW

QTE - for last fight. Techland please in dying light 2 don't do it or just make end movie or make an option for always succeeding with QTE. I was so angry about that. Other than that the game it is one of the best i played in years

a little frustrating when Faith did not respond correctly to my input, jump or grab what i did not want her to grab. very atmospheric even for that old game pretty graphic (you can see only on NPC models tat it is from 2009 but city look very good when you have time to look around :), The harbor level was crap, it was so slow and it did not have the flow of rest game). Very nice music if you like electronic, definitely some tracks i will land on my playlists.

It is viking hack and slash.. last time we had that it was game called RUNE. I had some of fun with thise game inbetween crash to desktop with practically killed game for me.
Ocasional frame drops was not so bad. In my opinion combast style was enjoyalbe some "moves or hits" i used all the time and i didnt see point in using more advanced hits i think that combat style was little lacking but we had at least more buttons and more tactic with dealing difrent enemies. One button for blocking and two strong and weak attack and third button to mix them in "combos" with usalu chop of arms or legs, not like in almost all modern hack and slash, crazy, jumping over the head, couter attack bound to one or two buttons.
CRASHES to desktop was to often, too anoing and we have in Viking:... checkpoits here, so bye bye progres of 5-10 minutes... not much you say, but when you make stealth misons for the 3 time (because you died )and it crash at the very end, you are strarting to think why im wasting my time. Or doing battle for 2 times beacause it CRASHES,and battels are fun ! but when you trying too remember what you did that caused crash you are not enjoying game. And when you roaming in viking island and kill undead vikings and it crash it is not so bad then, checkpoints are often so no problem but whe you do multistage battle or stealth missions you have to start from begining, there is no fun in that. And stealth missions i did not enjoy in Viking: battle for Asgard. stealth was too blunt? game was not designed to be stealth i always wanted to kill every one and usaly it ended that way whe you was spoted there was no way to hide again you have to kill every one the spotted you

And usaly im fan of sneaky stabby games. i`m not recommending thise game if you want vikings and choping heads off try Rune if you endure old old graphics
