i guess that psu it was on its last rail. did you attempt an overclock since putting fresh paste on? atitool works great for that even has an auto overclock feature with stability test. occt works freat for the cpu.

im still rockin the 3870 strong with a fresh thermal paste status no more 80c and ♥♥♥♥. and my psu died it quit after all that ♥♥♥♥ we did to it

I just got 660 SLI. I also have a 3770k now. Asrock Extreme4 Board, 16GB Ram. Corsair H100i Watercooler, other stuff...
