Boundless is freaking DEAD. It has an all-time highest player count of 1150. Literally everything is tedious and grindy to the max. Think of the grindiest game you ever played and multiply it with a thousand.
If you decide to buy it, your experience will be utterly lonely as well. The chances of you seeing you another person unless it's a gathering for a hunt is very slim. Even then, the amount of people you can see at the same time wouldn't be more than 20 or 30. Planets are littered with ghost towns and abandoned buildings.
There are many things done right, but I STRONGLY advise you to NOT buy it. Go play something else that will scratch the same itch. Like Minecraft with a crapton of mods.
