I enjoyed the game. I like the ship building and crew development. I got around 60 hours out of it to the end. It is re-playable, but the main objectives are the same, though the map can change up slightly on a new start. I certainly feel I got my money's worth.

Pros:
This game is fun to play.
Map is huge.
Map is slightly changed on replay.

Cons:
It does not have voice over so you have to read everything for yourself.
The planet scanning can get repetitive and boring.

There are no major changes here. If you like Starfield and want 10 to 30 hours of more content, more stoyline, etc. Then buy the DLC. If you hate the main game, this will not change your mind.

I have many hours in Starfield and I like the game and this DLC.

Early Access Review
This game is certainly Early Access right now. It is nowhere near feature complete and there are many more things they want to add for end game.

When I buy an Early Access game, I do not expect it to work correctly or have an end game, etc. We are basically beta testing the game and giving feedback for final release. I am OK with that.

The documentation needs work, the tech tree needs work, the storyline tutorial needs work, the end game needs work, etc.

What I can say is the Developer is responsive on Discord and they are absolutely churning out updates. This is especially true on the Beta branches (they currently have 3 beta branches and they keep around previous versions for people in the middle of a playthrough as well).

They are not really good about changelogs, even on discord. As a software engineer, I like to know what is in an update before I load it. But I am absolutely just loading the latest beta update and continuing on. I have never lost a save, but I have purposely deleted them and started over. If I did lose a save, while in early access, I would not have a problem with it.

I think this game is fine for an early access title as long as they continue development. So far, so good. I have certainly had fun playing it.

I absolutely love the concept of Starfield. I had many hours of play on Game Pass (more than 500 hours). I then bought the game on Steam over the Black Friday break on to get better mod support (SFSE, etc).

I like Starfield. I like the main quests. I like the faction quests. I like the local planet related side quests. I have played several playthrough concepts. One where I do almost all the quests. One where I play as very Pro United Colonies and live on New Atlsntis and don't particularly like the Freestar Collective.

Another where I like on Akila City and do all those quests (including becoming a Frestar Ranger, and doubling down on helping the Freestar Collective exclusively).

Still a different playthrough as a member of Crimson Fleet.

Another playthrough where I don't do any missions for Constellation except deliver the first Artifact to the Lodge and have several hundred hours just doing side and faction quests. Never left New Atlantis on the Frontier, instead doing local quests to buy my own ship before leaving the planet. No Constellation members on my crew or manning my outposts in this one.

Overall, great fun playing Starfield.

Some things I don't like? The repetitive nature of Points of Interest. It should not be, if you've seen one abandoned Biolab, you've seen them all.

Need to be able to filter storage and ship / store small amounts of all items in facilities. Need to be able to have many inputs into outpost links, etc.

But overall, Starfield is one of the most fun games I have played this year. I will absolutely play it more after it gets more content and official modding tools.

I don't understand all the hate. But, then again, I absolutely do not like games like CS:Go and most MMO games while others love that kind of game.

I do believe outpost building and raw material filtering.and shipping will get fixed in the future and Starfield will becoming even more fun to play. I am looking forward to it.

Simply the best CRPG I have ever played. Once Act 3 is really finalized (probably a year after GA release) this game will have no equal. Nothing else to say really.

I didn't particularly like the removal of manually placed signals for auto signals, but after over 20 hours playing I have actually warmed up to the idea.

Not sure how others say this game is the same as the original RE. It is significantly different. Train matenance is different, city buildings are different, warehouses are different. The game is similar to the original. In my opinion, this one is much better.

Really, the only negative thing I have to say is the price is higher than I would have liked. But I have bought other games at this price and I do think it is worth the money.

There are 5 campaigns and 14 Missions.. They included Canada, part of Mexico, The British Isles, and Europe in the base game, along with the USA. These were base game plus several DLCs in the first one. The total of all of those DLCs was more than the $49 they are charging for RE2.

I really like the gameplay and so far I have spent slightly more than 20 hours and I am 1.5/19 missions in. So that would mean I should get at least 250 hours out of the game just finishing each mission once.

At $50/250 hours .. That would be 20 cents per hour of play time. I really do not have a problem with that. I have 850 hours in the original game.. I like this one a bit more.

I highly recommended it.

I would normally hold off on the review, but since there are a bunch of review bombing going on because of the 4.0 update, I thought I would go ahead and recommend the game.

This game is quite fun and it is well worth full price for new users. The game was released in 2016 and Hello Games has continually created free updates for 6 years. I bought the game long ago, when i got a VR headset. I played it for a couple hours in VR and then I stopped really using my headset and put the game away. Then I noticed it on youtube with some content creators that I follow and said, WOW that game looks quite fun.

Been playing for the last week, as well as watching several playthroughs on youtube. This game id great, I could not recommend it more. If you can find it on sale, even better. I'd buy it just because of the 6 years of free, major updates. It is right now available for 50% off. (For the nest 2 weeks). BUY IT!

Early Access Review
Very fun game. Not sure why people don't like the tutorial. The game has a good tutorial. Also not sure why people are expecting lower price for games in Early Access. You don't pay more later when the game releases. You have access to the game now and after release. There are enemies (pirates you fight with your ship).

Developers are currently doing updates at a quick clip. Several YouTube series are currently ongoing for help if you need it.

The game is hard, but I consider that part of the challenge.

I really like the game. I find it more fun than Factorio, Dyson Sphere Program, Rise of Industry, or InfraSpace. I like it almost as much as Satisfactory.

If you want a good, single player factory / industry game I highly recommend it.

This is the best City Builder ever created. It is pricey to get all DLCs at one go, but when you can find it on sale, you can get them all fairly inexpensively.

The mod community is great, probably the best of any game on Steam. I have over 1900 hours in the game at the time of this review. If I could only have one game, it may well be this one.

Space Engineers is a very complex game with a fairly steep learning curve. I spent 50 or so hours learning most of the basics and now I am quite obsessed with the game.

Lots of great mods available. You can set up with or without combat, single or multiplayer, etc.

In general, if you are willing to invest the time to learn the game, it can be quite fun. I highly recommend it.
