If you're seeking a strategy game that prioritizes engaging gameplay over complex empire management, with simplified combat mechanics akin to a strategic rock-paper-scissors for unit placement, and is set in a beautifully rendered world rich with lore, then I recommend this game.

However, if you're looking for a strategy game that delves into the intricacies of empire management, diplomacy, and resource gathering, this might not be the ideal game for you.

I'm currently playing through the single-player campaign on the hardest difficulty, and it's providing a satisfying challenge. I've had to make numerous strategic decisions about unit composition and where I send my heroes.

Played a few rounds and can now say that this game is meant to be played with 3-5 players, it is a fun game nonetheless and the only negative thing I can say about it is that the classes feel a bit empty.

This game has some of the best story I have read since Dark Souls. Gameplay is fun on its own but I recommend you to delve deeper into the lore of the game.
