Its fun

Damn this game is pretty. Every bit of UI, every unit is a Real Artwork. The Gameplay is fun as well, though I'm not sure what to think of the fact that they replaced everything piece of UI with playing cards, even the Retreat button is a Card that you have to play... That's a minor gripe though!

I would like more games made with this much love please :)

Fights are too involved for an autobattler, and too casual for an RTS. Skirmish mode has boring maps, plus the existence of Purgatory makes it really chaotic and imbalanced.

So the story mode is supposed to be this game's saving grace, and indeed it gets carried for a while by a cool setting and a basic but relatable premise. But then writing gets progressively more rushed, unreasonable and unenjoyable.

My honest advice is, if you can read, read a book instead. And if you can't, wow, good job on getting through this review.
