This game is truly how i remembered it and better in so many ways. Still remember 2006, milk white computer cases were going out of style, The gaming industry is about to enter its golden era, and game developers were coming out with ground breaking engines that to this day is still seen in many games. I remember playing this game as a kid, asking my mom to bake me a pizza and firing up oblivion, and then proceed to pleasure myself with n*de mod, but ive lost my virginity since then so this game around Im playing as a male suitable to my real life gender and experiencing oblivion for what is truly is and not what sick fantasy i once had.

Its ok, feel like a typical hack and slasher. darktide is more fun but this game is ok to have fun as well. ill play thru it before returning to my fav game of darktide 40k. please enjoy

I original wrote a negative review for this game because i didnt understand the sand box nature of this game. Coming from a game like Darktide i only knew how to move in a linear direction and become very confused when given options that hell diver 2 has to offer.

As i play this game more i realize that this game is a master piece and i understand how to ultizie these options. This game isnt a simple run and gun, As you slowly unlock all the options you have to carefully select items and special abilities that suit your play style

DRG is really fun

What ive noticed is that the bug animations are have massive clipping issues thru the walls, The map is all just sand which gets boring fast, the objective is not clear, Players with high ping can join, weapons do not feel satisfying. Feels like a Starship trooper mod to a random first person shooter then an actual stand alone. Some of these issues can be fixed through more development into the game, other issues appear to be integrated into the core gameplay which may prove harder to fix.

Old review: Unfortunately after 935 hours in darktide, i still cannot give this game a positive review.

No new game modes for an entire year. ( auric modes are basically the same game modes just upd in difficulty )

Using gacha tactics to cash in on the rise in players from update ie raising cosmetic prices and finally release kreig skins which i called they would do once the game was in a playable state.

Still no weapon modification as promised during pre release

Yes, Thank you for finally release a proper skill tree system, but it appears that with this skill tree system there will be no new classes as everything has been merged into 1 skill tree.

We still got half the game which was promised to us and everyone seems to be praising fatshark and overlooking the fact that they purposely left out the patch note where they would be raising the cosmetic prices on steam and only included it in fine print on their own fatshark forums.
