- Update 2024: Silence. Nothing happened so far, thus the hype was there. Last year. Since then: Few minor changes, but still not functioning as planned. Less game modes than before. No real anti cheat.... No fun anymore, recommend not playing.
edit: one day later arms race was revealed. thank god, arms race.

- Update 2023: It happened. Counter Strike 2 was released and we got a new engine. It feels like there is the same amount of cheaters as before, so i'm guessing VACs still a thing. But i must admit: It feels better, newer, more stable and predictable than cs:go ever did. Time will show how well the maintenance is, especially in terms of how the coming seasons are elaborated. It seems like the new elo-system has to be adjusted a little bit, but right now the joy of having something new overwhelms.

- Update 2022: More and more cheaters are surfacing the world of cs:go. It just sh.i.t!

This game sucks. Why's that? Cause you're always being compelled to buy ♥♥♥♥, to maybe find your fun again you had with this game. But what's left? Cheaters, Hackers, Exploiters. And cosmetical items that cost thousands of euro-dollars! In german we would say:" Ja wer hat euch denn ins Hirn geschissen, ihr Pfosten?!", but a much better statement will be not touching this ♥♥♥♥ more often than 4 times a year, when the self-hate and depression is that big, that even cs can't destroy the mood.
Get your ♥♥♥♥ together valve: new engine, real anti cheat tools (not that VAC garbage) and where's the problem with new content?? If you say:" Riptides just released and that's the content you gonna get", then i must assume you're kidding again, it should be called "rip off" instead. Recycled missions, spraying the ♥♥♥♥ out of the can and getting us to play unbalanced ♥♥♥♥-maps for coins?!
If the destination was to create a game full of hatespeech, mobbing and so on, then well done and cheerio, mission accomplished.
