my opinion about Made in Abyss: Binary Star Falling into Darkness is a solid yes, buy it if you love made in abyss.
its a great exploration and resource management game where weight plays a role aswell.

planning ahead with food and co. is very important and is crucial to do, otherwise might you not survive your next dive into the abyss.

the only flaw i´ve seen on this game so far is in hello abyss mode where having too less salt in layer 2 could lead to an actual softlock. tho, hello abyss mode acts like a totorial where you go along with riko and reg and technicly rteplaying the anime up to a certain point in the story. i

the true game is deep abyss where all 5 layers are available. sadly not layer 6 because when this game started to get developed was season 2 only in mangas a thing. who knows, maybe this game will get someday a DLC for layer 6 and onward. because we know already that there will be a 3rd season. it makes surprisingly fun and is kind of adictive if you love exploration, exploring the abyss on your own as made in abyss fan is awesome aswell. my mouth was wide open when i got to the 3rd layer entrance.

well well
this game is in my opinion a mix between animal crossing and the binding of isaac (with the difference that you do mainly close combat in this game)

i played this game yesteday all day long and it really cought me.
so.
the pro´s are.
-lovely made animations, everything looks wonderfull. you can see how much love they putt into it.
-the combat is amazing. it only really punishes you when you spam dodge and thinking that you are save with this.
-the base building part is really good aswell. you need to take care of the followers etc. but one thing in advance, dont get too attached to them. you will find out why.
-the story is well told aswell and because of the lovely animations very fun to read aswell.
-devs are very active on their discord and even here in the steam forums and listen to bug reports
-very CPU and GPU friendly. with other words, this game is well optimized for the PC. with this good optimization could even pc´s with lower specs then recommended run this game. (tho it might gets fps laggy when the base grows because theres A LOT going on xD)
contra:
-the game has some day 1 bugs but there got already a patch released so, its probably fixxed. i personally didnt ran into bugs ... i had only 1 crash, luckily the game autosaves frequently.
-the cult thing in this game is pretty extreme so, for peoples with a religion could have a hard time with this game. so, if you are heavily into your religion is this game not for you. you would get shocked and probably make flame posts. i hope if you are one of those peoples. ITS A GAME! ^^
-some peoples have controller issues. i didnt but a friend shown me how he had said issues. tho, this could be fixxed with the day 1 patch too. so take this contra like the bug thing as probably outdated.

not as good as RF4 but the spirit is there. that the game was made with the nintendo switch in mind is clearly vissible aswell but if you ignore that and not being too dumb how to install and use a game controller will ya have fun with this game ^.^

so far so good.
aside from the fps drops which this game has (which is on me between 40~60) is it a solid souls game. the normal mobs are usually easy (but can be a challenge aswell here and there) while the bosses beat the living hell out of you. just like it is in souls games xD

difficulty wise it it somewhere between bloodbourne and DS3. it is definitly easier then DS3 but harder then bloodbourne. but thats probably because of the amount of healing which you have between those 2 games. elden ring leans in that regards more torwards DS3 which makes it automaticly harder.

but overall a solid game. some peoples with their not so well optimized rigs have trouble with this game but they could´ve avoided this if they had looked into how well components work with eachother before putting the pc together. i paid when i putted my pc together attention to this and i have absolutely no issues with this game other then bosses beating me over and over T..T

oh boy, i am surprised. FF14 cought me.
first of all, FF14 is Story Driven. mostly everything gets unlocked through story progress and not via level progress. even tho the level progress is somewhat in the game aswell aka "you cant do this quest yet cause you need x level =3"
i write directly the cons and pro´s

-the biggest contra which this game has is:
A realm Reborn. this is the first you can call it "episode" of the game. it is very slow, not many peoples will survive it. the game (depending if you skipped through cutscenes and only watched the voiced ones which are most important for the story) starts to shine after 40~60 hours in ... which is a very bad contra but i can tell you, its worth it as soon you survived A realm Reborn ^^.

-this is tied to ARR aswell, in a realm reborn is combat ... somewhat boring ... and slow. it can feel really painfull to get through all this. but then again, believe me, its worth it x3!

-the narative in ARR is ... a bit weird aswell. tho until you reach heavensward makes all sense, i promise :o! xD

now the positive things:
-they cutted ARR from around 120MSQ´s down to 80 ... so yea this explains here and there the weird narative through the story, so if you noticed that know you now why. but atleast they cutted it down xD! so its kind of a mix vetween pro and contra ^^

-the game really ramps up the closer you get to heavensward, that includes story and combat system and starts to turn into a bright flower after you enter heavensward.

-the community (ingame) is friendly, you dont get flamed for your mistakes, learning is allowed in this game.

-the boss mechanics are often so structurized that even a kid would understand them when you try the boss a 2nd time.

- you dont need 813275623874692435 addons to play this game properly. you can fully customize your UI (well fully is not right but you can shove everything around like you want without a mod). you see boss mechanics without a mod, very dengerous things get always marked with cones etc. on the ground WITHOUT MODS! xD

-Raid mechanics are aswell the same, even with a random group would everyone understand what to do after 1 or 2 fails, so no frustrating wiping all night long. tho this only counts for trial raids and hardmode. extreme difficulty is a whole different story, but you shouldnt do that with randoms, even tho still possible, have mechanics their full consiquences in that difficultyy and you should be well aware by now what to do.
in short, extreme is for the more hardcore players =3.

-casual and more for hardcore players content. tho for the peoples which come from WoW is this probably just a catnap. tho FF14 can be in some raids very chellanging aswell. there are settings in the group options where you can make it extremely difficult such as echo off or getting downscaled to minimum item level.

-at the beginning was you probably thinking, oh ... only 123 rotations ... boring. well, wait until you reach around lv 55. you start to get so many skills that you have no idea how to properly implement them into your rotation. this point is aswell a kind of contra and pro point. i see it more as pro.

-fetch quests and co. are in this game aswell HOWEVER! in FF14 need you to kill only like 2~5 creatures ... or need to get 1~max of 8 of x items etc. and they are by no means rare. unlike other MMO´s where you get quests where you need to kill 20~50 of the damn things and if you have badluck are they rare and you sit 1 hour on the damn quest, same with quest items etc. FF14 is timeconsumingwise in quests way friendlier then any other MMO. even tho it feels sometimes like "wait, you sended me now all the way over there to get this 1 thing qwq? couldnt you get it on your own?" xD you will have that feeling a lot in FF14 ^^.

-crafting and gathering in this game is usefull. like crafting for example endgame armor stuff etc. is equal to raid equip. so its definitly worth it to get a job to 80. not to mentition that weaver, armorer and blacksmith can make some AWESOME glamour outfits (glamour is the vanity or transmog system in this game.) which makes it again worth it to get those jobs to 80.
expecially that equip which blacksmith and co. make can keep up with raid equip is alone awesome ... not like in certain other MMO´s where you only craft yourself to max to get early raid access but then is the equip you made totally trash cause it gets replaced by raid equip.

the crafting system is very innovative too, it can be a bit annoying at first but you get auto synthesis so xD. but if you wanna make HQ stuff need you to make it properly =3.

so yea, that was it from my end, i hope those who start playing FF14 are able to survive the slowboat A realm Reborn ^^

still a good MMO ... a Realm Reborn is still Annoying tho x3!!
still in 2023 good, they need to give a free skip for A Realm Reborn tho. cause it scares a lot of new players away.

in 2024 is FF14 still a good MMO, the new addown dawntrail is a bit meh because the start of it is like a 2nd experience from backthen aka a realm reborn but it gets better around the lv 97 story quests, which is sad cause its close to the end.

so.
my opinion for this game is mixxed but its enough to recommend the game.

Dragonball Kakarot stays faithfull to the story and thats one of the most important things.

some peoples in the forums said the open world serves no purpose whatsoever. idk ... its technicly a dragonball RPG. the open world has collectables and enemies in it. therefore serves it its purpose. it got aswell said that said open world is "empty" ... thats not true either ... there are npc´s, cars drive around too and well why would you expect npcs where noone would live anyways?

then got there said that the battles get really quick repititive. i can agree to some degree with that but only if i fight battles always in the same way and not trying new tactics or fighting in general different. then yes, its a bit repititive but i avoid that with fighting in different ways for battles.

i can say aswell that this game is nothing for peoples which are used to complicated button combos and therefore are used to it. the game would probably be too simple for those peoples since the game uses relatively simple commands.

there are no loading times in between battles either which feels really good =3

oh yes XBOX CONTROLLER RECOMMENDED! this game is clearly NOT keyboard and mouse friendly!
which is understandable cause it is a console game in the first place.

tho now comes my contra.
the collectable stuff can be tiresome ... while you get stuff for food often on the run and only need to fish only once in a while is the blue, red and green Z stuff really annoying. it feels like that the devs REAAAAALLLLY want that you fly to certain parts of the maps to see how much work they putted into the map disign cause you wouldnt really fly along these parts if you wouldnt need said Zball colors. ... it looks good but still... it turns really quick into a chore to collect that stuff to learn skills etc. later on in the game can you swap that out and just defeating enemies in the world cause they then givr around 200~600 and more from each per battle but here comes the point where then battles feel repititive. but at the beginning of the game are battles not rewarding (aside from the experience which you may want).

side quests are in general boring. its the usual stuff which you expect from ... sidequests. go there, kill this, find that, catch this etc. tho the sidequests are somewhat rewarding since you get often the medals from the characters for the communityboard which then makes the game in general easier for you but thats it.

overall give i the game a 7/10 ... if the annoying collecting Z balls wouldnt be there would i give it a 8/10. and for a bit lesser repitive battle (which you can avoid if you want but it is kind of hard to avoid x3) even a 9/10.

tho for dragonball fans which love the story and what to fight their battle through the Z story again is it a good overall game =3

there is a card game in it too but its DLC ... which i have but i didnt played it yet so, i cant say anything about that part.

i changed my opinion simply because of this.
https://gyazo.com/aa6ca86c614b34f0913b8fe9122d3fa8
i asked if they support russia now? shown my dislike torwards and and one of the devs (probably the russian one in their team) flatout permabanned me.

so with other words, these devs support russia. pretty bad in my opinion

This game is ... simply ... amazing ... i know its from silver dollar and ... silver dollar is known of .. making not so ... nice and usefull games which having often no sense behind it whatsoever. you even think at the first moment "oh god ... what did i bought here now again ... its another trash game from silver dollar D=" cause the menu and map is relatively simple but oh boy. wait until you get to the part where you start to fight. it is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ satisfying to play this game ... even tho its sooooo ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ simple XD its really hard to explain.

the most thing which i love on this game is how it handles the difficulty. be better and the game pushes you further, it will get harder and will for sure try to reach your limits and i can say for sure it WILL reach your limits. until it reaches your limits andyou eventually lose, will it get SLIGHTLY easier again until you win again and the game will OFCOURSE push forward again until it breaks you again. but loosing dosnt punishes you. the game simply makes it with every lose slightly easier until you "can" beat the stage. but like i said, it wont stay easy for you. i love that difficulty system.

the animations on this little mannekin are amazing aswell.
the game looks simple. it is simple in game play aswell but oh god it is so much fun x3
i know i didnt played the game not much according to my playtime =3
but thats simply cause i have overall not much time to play stuff. RL.exe n stuff @w@
but i have a fair amount of achievements which shows that i played lots of stages in this game >w<!

so, i dont write often reviews cause, i only do it if a game really catched me.
btw, english is not my mainlanguage so~ i apologize for , and . stuff. i try it anyways cause english is the major language in the world x3.

so, rabi ribi is a metroidvania game. fans of metroidvania games should pick it up and if you are a yuri fan should you punch that buy button even harder xD

the story:
the story is about a lil bunny which got somehow turned into a human bunny, she wakes up in a box and dosnt knows where she is and cant find her master, which she will try to find shortly after she gets used to her new body. the mainplot is relatively simple but good and entertaining. it has alot of text etc. and its here and there a bit confusing but still funny. lateron come more and more side storys into the mainplot which wont really help against the confusion. however, its all about finding her master and later on rescuing a friend with the help of ALOOOOOT (well 24 xD) of other really cute looking characters.

the positive things:
-it has a good story.
-the metroidvania aspect in this game is really good. things which you would expect from a metroidvania game. alot to explore
-amazing boss fights, peoples which love the touhou games should definitly putt an eye onto this aswell.
-random events. that means, you can run into characters which you are not supposed to get yet. with other words, the game is non-linear. you can follow the story as intended tho but theres even one achievement for not following the story and exploring instead xD.
-theres some artwork in the game aswell. and surprise, they look really nice. hello ecchi! xD
-the game is not over after beating it. try to get the true ending <3?
-speedrun, bossrush in multible modes like final boss rush mode, normal boss rush mode and mini boss rush mode.
-it has many difficulty settings to fit the bullethell bossfights for everyone. if you played touhou games jump into it with hard difficulty, if you have no experience with it, better try casual or novice x3 (casual is boooriiiing! xD)
-well designed areas, the character sprites are amazing aswell and omg are they all cute. i want to snuggle them ALL xD

the negative things:
-this game is nothing for weak PC´s. the dev should write higher graphic recommendations into the minimum info. this game needs atleast a 1GB strong gpu or higher. otherwise will you suffer from several fps slow downs in several areas and believe me, the graphic settings wont help you.
-in smaller resolutions are you not able to read stuff ... however, its recommended to play this game in atleast 1280x720 xD
-this game kinda needs a controller. if you are really used to your keyboard...maybe not but a controller is highly recommended. this is a flaw because its not written in the system minimum etc.
-when it comes to find certain upgrades like the wall jump or the orb of light etc. is it really difficult to find them. the game wont tell you like a normal metroidvania game mostly does where to find the upgrades. this is another note to the devs. please give the players a hint where to find the upgrades when they are needed after a certain time like the metroid games do. i mean, i am one of those which poking everywhere arround and trying to explore every single corner in games like this but casual players will get really frustrated with this.
-well yep, bugs. they are in every game, some bugs got fixxed where ya fell out of bound or where you was able to go out of bound etc. but there was bugs aswell where the game softlocked (that means the game is still running, you can most of the time move but ... that was it) for example: i beaten lilith but well ... the game softlocked after that. as far as i readed in the 1.02 patchnotes got these softlocks fixxed. but still x3 buuugs ^^ no game is perfect tho.

overall give i the game a 8.5/10.
nya edit to this review. i go from a 8/10 rating to a 8.5/10 cause they fixxed the map issue in the game and its now alot better to see where you go on the map =3
good job devs~ ^-^

so, i finally finished this game o-o
well, i am surprised how much content it has for a free game.
the story is amazing but ... well, sad ... peoples with a kind heart and feelings (like being able to go along with the story and feeling with the characters) will have it here and there really hard to keep the tears in their eyes. cold hearted peoples wont have any trouble with it tho ^^

so, about the gameplay~.
the fight system is really simple and easy to handle but since the game has a really good story is there a really nice balance between both of them. what i mean is: the battle system is maybe simple but the story keeps you in the game and you just want to continue and i dont mean it like that it would be a pain to push the story forward because the battle system is a bit simple. it makes fun even tho that it is simple ^^.

so yea here the good aspects of the game.
-for an rpg maker game, well made, here and there a few bugs but only IF you provoke it.
-the fight system is simple but good at the same time.
-amazing story line
-ragnarok online fans will love this game even more then peoples which dont know ragnarok online or knowing it not at all. why? if you get curious why, download the game and play it. you might notice it instant x3!
-many monsters and not simply recolored monsters. for a free game is that definitly a plus
-the boss fights are really well made. again, for a free game is this aswell stunning and a plus too!

now to the negative site, this has 1 spoiler AND ITS A SERIOUS ONE!!!! xD dont frigging hover your mouse over it if you dont want to get spoiled!!!
-the little mini bosses (the big monster versions) which giving you the legendary stones have absolutely 0 AI ... they just standing there ... they wont come after you so~ you could just standing there, regenerating MP and using phantom strike where you get 0 conter damage ^^''
the game has absolutely no happy end. there is NO GOOD ENDING! ofcourse theres a really bad ending but the other 2 endings (if you collect everything ingame and getting all chests) are not satisfying and will kill your eyes aswell. this is for me a big - point and i really hope the dev will give the sequel a happy end

so, i am done with this review. i write rarely reviews tho but, i thought this game deserved one since it is a free game and the dev team putted so much effort into it and still dont want any money for it. i would definitly pay money for the sequel!
