Now dis 'ere is a great game! If yere lookin' fer a gud RTS den dis one iz fer you!

The short story: If you liked Doom 3 and/or Quake 2 then this game is for you.
If you hated those games then skip it.
For the average FPS person, it is a game to consider; the positives heavily outwiegh the negatives in my eyes.

I've played both the PC (1997) and N64 versions and I will say this is a MASSIVE improvement on both of them. It doesn't have the N64's somewhat clunky controls or the PC's (1997) framerate and sound problems. A tad pricy but worth it if you are a fan of the original.

F.E.A.R. might stand for First Encounter Assault Recon. But this game really can instill that feeling too if you get into it.

The graphics are good and the gameplay is fluid. It can be a bit easy to get lost at times though even with the map but still a well made game for such a low price.

I still remember my dad getting me this game on a floppy disk for $0.99. Ah the good old days! Dated gameplay sure but still fun even to this day!

With mutants, time travel, exotic weapons, multiple endings, and plenty of sidestory to the game play, what's not to like?

Even better then normal Crysis since the 64 bit files do come with it! (Still needs a little tweaking to make it work though). Game is a fair bit shorter compared to normal Crysis but highly replayable.

Excellent game! The only annoying thing is trying to work around the fact only the 32 bit files come with it and not the 64 bit. Other then that textbook game!

When I first got this game in 1999 I really enjoyed this Middle Age RTS game. Now that I have it again, I'm going to be playing it until I'm in MY middle ages.
