Awesome game with plenty of depth and a fairly open-ended world. While I tried the total pacifist route the first playthrough, the game is far more fun the 2nd and 3rd times through when you just want to kill everyone and everything and max all your powers.

Still worth $30+, but I found it for $10 on sale with DLC. Buy it.

With the right patches and mods, STALKER is an awesome game. The world is incredibly immersive, the combat is enjoyable, and for something produced in the Ukraine and Russia, it has surprising polish and depth. (<- After patching!)

$10 or less, you'll get 100+ hours out of it easily.

The best Star Wars game, and the best Star Wars movie since Return of the Jedi. This is a video game classic and if you are taking the time to read this, whether you like Star Wars or not, you need to play this game.

Interesting little space combat strategy game. After you get through a dozen playthroughs and have mastered the strategies that work for you the game really hits a sweet spot.

Great for just a quick distraction or a game to play while you watch a movie or TV, or are in class and you don't want to look like you are playing a game =)

Classic. Plays just as well now as it did at release. Still my favorite Bioshock and worth a playthrough whether or not it is your genre.

Great story, great combat, great game.

Another Rockstar game so it is cinematic and amazing. Max Payne so the combat is awesome and the damage modeling is fantastic. Nonetheless it does not play nearly as well as the previous Max Payne's.

You move at a snail's pace and generally bullet time isn't as useful as just taking cover and slowly picking enemies off. The checkpoint saves are not well spaced either so expect to watch some cutscenes and replay a good bit if you want to beat the game on Hardcore or get achievements.

Other than that, worth it for $30 or less at this point.

Valve's favorite game and the reason they can't get us HL3 or L4D3 or any other AAA projects in a timely manner. Let's make thousands of hats and hundreds of weapons! Yay!

It was a more balanced and enjoyable game in the first few years before it went F2P. Now there is little to no teamwork unless you play with a good group of friends, and the battles almost ALWAYS become chaotic, lopsided, messes that make CoD look like a deep strategy turn-based warfare game.

Good for a few solid hours of braindead class based FPS'ing, just not as deep as it could be.

Rockstar can't miss, and after MASSIVE patching and modding GTA4 is as enjoyable as San Andreas while not on as large a scale. After 500 hours the game is still enjoyable whether I want to play the storyline missions, or just drive around causing mayhem as a dinosaur or Ironman. PC mods ftw.

What happened to you CS? I still think CS:S and 1.6 are a little more enjoyable, but CS had to evolve at some point. While the social and item features are in their infancy, it still needs a few more patches to nail that overall visceral feel and balance the weapons in previous versions have had. Unless you have people to play with, $10 or less or no thanks.

Not as open world as the original but still a great game. Rewarding upgrade and combat system, fun for a few playthroughs. If you can find it for 20 or less and enjoy the trailers, buy it!
