**BE ADVISED - GAME DOES NOT SHIP WITH FULL STORY FLESHED OUT** Devs left the final act of main story out of the game intentionally. Most likely due to either budget or timing concerns. No word yet on if that will be free or paid DLC, so that part is still up in the air. Just want to make sure everyone knows that going into the game.

Sure, it's worth the whole $1 per gameplay hour standard I use in today's over-saturated video game market. By the time you finish the main story and dork around with many of the side quests in towns, you'll have burned through about 50 hrs. If you want to keep going to nail the rest of the achievements, you'll definitely be over 60 hrs. Around 40 hours, you'll more than likely get tired of trying to be Mr. Nice Guy and just start murdering everyone once you figure out that it doesn't really matter what you do to proceed in a quest. Killing is usually the easiest, fastest method. No additional rewards if you take the whole Speech/pacifist route. Plus, once you learn how to pickup gear/sell to all the various merchants early on in the game, you'll have so much money you will never need any of the "bonus" gear provided with some of the Speech/pacifist routes.

Recent large 1.3 patch fixed a great deal of quest bugs, so there's that thankfully. Patch also made early lockpicking easier as well as added a 'Save and Exit' feature, iirc. Check out the 1.3.1 full patch notes for more info.

So many odd things done in this game that just make you scratch your head and go "Yeah, I get that the whole 'medieval realism' is fun and all, but what about <insert random stupid modern video game thing> that they fail to do properly." If I shoot a rabbit and recover the arrow, that arrow was marked as 'Stolen.' Uhm... why? Sometimes it wouldn't show that recovered arrow as 'Stolen' but would separate it as in a different stack. So I start with 10 Long Range Arrows. Shoot 1 into rabbit. Recover arrow. My inventory now shows two stacks of arrows: 9 Long Range Arrows and 1 Long Range Arrow. No big deal right? Try getting into combat and expecting those arrows that you know damn well are in your inventory to load into the bow. Nope. Burn those 9 and the 1 stack won't load into your bow even though it's the same exact arrow, marked 'Stolen' or not... There's LOTS of stupid ♥♥♥♥ like this throughout the game. You'll still enjoy the game and more than likely roll right over it. Maybe not even notice it. But when you do, it's a lot more than a simple eyesore, that's for sure.

In this most recent large 1.3 update, they fixed many quest bugs including the final quest where you follow Capon by horse from Rattay. Before the fix, Capon would just ride off to the left when you get out of the castle and would veer a hard left into the houses/fence/woods/etc and get stuck. Couldn't finish the final quest... Thankfully that part has been fixed, though not without further problems. Two of the guards that leave Rattay with you in the beginning of the quest now just randomly disappear along the journey. The remaining guard is bugged and keeps exclaiming, "Hey, Henry has come to see us!" At least they let me finish the main storyline now.

I know this may seem trivial, but when you put enough time into the game, or at least when you did before this major patch (1.3), it pisses me off as it just adds to the pile of heaping ♥♥♥♥ that I had to put up with throughout the game.
