Hi Soren. Thought I'd share an idea in case you ever think of making OTC2. I think it'd be really cool to keep gameplay very similar to the original (as its already near-perfection), but change the story and graphics to attract a different clientele. Story:has made first contact with galactic civilization made up of 8 alien/robotic races. The galactic council allows humanity to join if they sign up to their rules. Their one rule is that for any new planetary systems discovered, the race that gets to claim ownership of each planet is the one that can demonstrate the greatest economic ability to extract resources from the planet. Humanity must prove itself economically to take over the latest discovered star system. Technology unlocks as you progress through the campaign and adapt/steal alien technology. In alien campaigns they fight to hold their ground against advancing humanity. It’d need decent cut scenes/stories for each factions leaders/units (similar to Starcraft or AOE4).
