Over 1000 hours on, closing in on year 1, and it's still the best FPS game on the planet. Nothing comes close. Criminally underrated.

This is what happens when you take the most talented people from DICE, and remove EA from the equation. They're free to finally make the game they've dreamed of.

Everything just feels crispy. You can do things in this game that are literally impossible in any other multiplayer game, because all the destruction is "server side". That means that every piece of a building appears the same for all players, as opposed to Battlefield destruction which only tells a player is a section of wall is either a 1 (there) or a 0 (not there).

In this game you can (and I have multiple times) have intense firefights in buildings that are actively collapsing. All players don't simply die like in Battlefield, there no fall or crush damage. So you end up jumping over collapsing platforms like a ninja in a Shonen Jump manga fighting over an objective that's also falling down the floors. It's epic.

It's like they took "Battlefield moments" and made an infantry FPS game which is only that, just endless "Battlefield moments". They should have called the game "Battlefield moments: The Game".
