complex and great

Liked it at first, Difficulty was alright, though the game didnt really get harder later on. Bossfights were quite nice.

What ruined the game for me was the secrets in the game. Played through it, but now way in hell am I going to get back to every place to hug walls to death. Thats not how you make exploring fun.

Going back to places to refil on healthpacks (or just die on purpose in an area because you lost too much health there) isnt fun. Just refil it when I port back to town. The map was pretty much worthless. Even though i like to not get hit over the head with story, I didnt get it and it really wasnt interesting enough for me to bother with it anyway.

An extremely well executed metroidvania-plattformer, with nice visuals and challenging but not frustrating difficutly.

If you enjoyed Guacamelee, Dust: An Elysian Tail or Vladis Story: Abyssal City, you will enjoy this game too.


The combat and enemy variety isnt too good though and not having the ability to fasttravel to some keypoints (or at least I didnt see it) is a minor flaw in my opinion.

Great Game!

If you like metroidvania games with combat similar to DmC in 2D, this one's for you. The closest game to in on pc in resent history would be Dust: An Eylsian Tail (also a good game).


Besides of a few issues I liked pretty much everything the game does. Stunlock by enemies, no inviciblity frames after a hit and sometimes infuriating plattforming can get annoying at some points in the game.
