While there's some rough edges (load screens and downtime between missions is atrociously slow), the gameplay is rock solid. This is a very fun co-op Third Person shooter in an immersive world. The developers have added a ton of new features and content since launch, and have taken a strong hand in guiding the game towards fun, listening to players to help lessen friction points.

If you love blasting bad guys with state of the art weaponry, and raining hellfire from your orbiting Super Destroyer, there's really nothing better out there at the moment, and it seems like there's always something new on the horizon.

While it needs polish, Mechabellum is a wonderful autobattler. The units and tactics are sound, and multiplayer as well as single-player modes are both rewarding.

Just starting in on New Frontiers, but this builds on the already well-polished Icarus experience. This is a rare example of devs who have a clear vision for the game and can release a ton of free updates post launch to continually improve it.

If you're a fan of survival games, this is a must-get!

Icarus is a great entry into the survival genre. My friend group and I typically try out most new survival games in the genre, and Icarus is one of the only ones that really stuck with us. Everything we've ever wanted them to add has been phased in over weekly major updates since launch, and this is one of the rare games where developers listen to their community and continually improve the game post-launch, add major features, all for free!

Strongly recommend the base game for any fans of the genre, and the upcoming expansion looks amazing as well.
