I tried that too lol. They denied my request within 24 hours because I've owned the game longer than 2 weeks.

If you mean the run file integrity then yes. If you google the issue there are a few threads that come up. I did attempt to troubleshoot the issue.

your issue with ghostbusters may be a very east fix. Have you run a file inspection though steam?
