Thank you for changing the water mechanic, the lore update blaming players for having a job in real life though is pretty cringe.

Water mechanic is completely bonkers. If life gets in the way for awhile your progress gets reset. It's not like it's an always-running server like V Rising or something, so seriously, why did you settle on this? First time I get progress-reset because I have ♥♥♥♥ to deal with in real life I'm probably just not gonna play anymore. It's a video game, not a job, guys.

I understand wanting to add a sense of urgency or whatever, so why not make going into a raid cost some fraction of a day or something like that instead?

Will perhaps change to positive review once water mechanic changes.

Not super clear to me what direction the wind is blowing, and the sailing mechanics don't feel very boat-like. It's more of a car on water that handles weird but goes a little bit faster some times if you happen to accidentally hit the wind direction or something.

Maybe I just didn't get far enough for the "intuitive dual wield" system to show me what it can do but the melee combat is more like runescape where you just stand there and hit each other. Ship combat similarly seems to be based on locking onto a target and then pressing the "shoot guns" button. Missing your shots seems to be based off of some chance-to-hit rather than the cannon ball actually hitting the ship you're shooting at.

Perhaps I was just expecting the wrong thing, but if you're looking for something like Sea of Thieves but with more survival crafty type progression, this ain't it.

boring

Not a whole lot of "tactics", very little inertia to your body. The meta seemed to be to just sprint around as fast as you can while holding the shoot button.

3030 Deathwar Redux if you were a starfleet officer tasked with exploring the gamma quadrant, hell yeah.

VampireNoita Survivors, pretty entertaining. But man, you gotta fix the performance issues. They're not good.

It still has a lot of the latency and rubber-banding issues that were supposed to be fixed, so while it's a nice idea, actually playing the game is a less than pleasant experience.

The install on steam downloads a launcher which actually installs the rest of the game. I spent like 3 hours downloading the game and 45 minutes playing it. Since steam showed 3.45 hours played, my refund request for a game that's going to go free-to-play soon got denied. Why the hell does this need its own launcher?
