I came to the Rimworld and they have Rimjobs! Truly a Rimming experience, 11/10 would Rim again

Jokes aside, it's an amazing sci-fi sandbox for simulating the struggles on the edge of colonized human space, with an expansive & well-established modding community that's passionate in adding more to the game, there's so much possibilities & you probably would not run out of new things to do even after a decade of playing. It's not that pricey (though perhaps pick up the DLCs on sale) & even your potato laptop from 2014 would most likely run it just fine even with 200+ mods installed, truly a gaming experience fit for the year 5500 AD c:

Just be sure NOT to take this game as advice for living your life... doing horrendous war crimes, rip-scanning peoples' minds to make AI cores, & being a cannibal are all very ill-advised in real life. Go download Vanilla Cooking Expanded instead, cook a tasty lasagna, & drink coffee like the nice sapient creature you are uwu

Early Access Review
Relentless gameplay.
First try was a bit blindfolded, the tutorial seemed half intent but the learning curve has been enjoyable.
So much curiosity I tried to play from scratch a few times just to enjoy the varieties for a better starting run.
I guess that's positive, lol.

This game is like a dynamic opera packed into an amazing, diverse package that is virtually endlessly replayable. You can create just about any spacefaring civilization you want, which helps as a platform for designing your own fictional worlds and stories, if that's your fancy!

Of course, the game isn't perfect, it can get a bit overwhelming for newcomers, new updates tends to break older saves, and a lot of content is locked behind DLC. But in my opinion it's all worth it, just be sure not to spend too much buying every new DLC.. maybe during sales!

I've had Starbound for quite some time, but have only began playing it frequently for the last 2 years. As itself, the game has a very distinct and charming personality and a very lighthearted or happy-go-lucky attitude that just makes it a calming, relaxing game to play around, explore, and chill. But in vanilla, there might not be much to do in-game after a while, especially since most quests are randomly generated, and the lore is very basic (although intriguing) with a rather straight-forward story.

But, that's what makes the game enjoyable, because it leaves so much to your imagination. In itself it might not be much, but with the amazing modding community, which may be one of it's best perks, there's virtually limitless additional content that can be added to the game, along with fan-made lore that fits into the game's lore without problem, and Steam workshop helps make all of this convenient to implement. So all you gotta do is get out there, explore the universe (and workshop), and let your imagination do the trick. ^^

i like how we don't have to pay actual money in-game like in CS:GO. It may have some kind of in-app, but it's more wallet-friendly as the 'currency' can be gained by simply playing the game. Definitely one of my favorite FPS games.
