No wonder it costs 1€, the game has 60fps, unrealistic driving, and screen flickering for no reason. The developers put in a lot of effort for nothing.

The short story (which takes me about 7 hours, I guess?) could be a little bit longer, but it's okay because the story is amazing, still a 30-60fps cap on PC, come on developers... you can do better than that. If you are a new player and you hop up at ranked games, you will lose so many games in a row because the players that are given against you are much better, they are not new in the game like you. Try to find players with 0 wins/losses. Overall? The game is amazing and now I'm addicted to it.

For 10 euro I would not recommend this game, the price should be around 3 euro, and the game is buggy and unstable especially with more than 2 players, some people might say that is a part of the game, but I would disagree, otherwise the game is enjoyable.
