I would like to give the middle finger to the Arcgame, I have downloaded it, played it, love it but one day *poof* you can't connect to the server with this IP. If you don't want specific game to be played in specific country, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ block it from steam not when I have download a huge bulk of data then told me that I can't play.
