The problem is the rank system now. Skill level difference is too huge every game

TLDR: If you play MM without a full team you are f**ked.
If you play MM with a full team but your opponent is not a full team, you are f**ked too. TLDR ends

When you don't premade full team, no matter how high your rank is you will always be teamed with 1 to 4 silvers. It goes the same to opponent team.
That makes Every 5v5 game became 1v1, 1v2, 2v2 game and it is not fun.
There is no plan, no strats available.

You can't trade kills, the round is over when you kill their decent players or you die to them.
After you died you are forced to watch morons play like a 3 year old kid.
After you killed their normal player you can start knifing all other noobs remaining.

If you play as 5-man vs not a full team, It is also not fun. Winrate is 100% for me if I premade 5 man.
I never ran into other 5-man group in MM. There is always some morons on the opponent team that makes them impossible to perform strats and teamwork.

The skill difference in most game feels like Grand-masters fighting Silver4 players in LOL.
Feels like Diamond players vs New players that just bought the game in Rainbow 6.
