or some program was misundersood for hack to VAC

I moved becasue i got VAC for no reason in my old account

(I was played csgo and it shows 'session error' so i turn off the steam and reboot, and i got vac, which it didnt shows before i reboot. and also my brother account which it loged in my pc 64days ago and it have not used until now, but it got vac with my account. Thus, i think my pc got hacking or hacked. So my loged in accounts are got VAC.)

I hope so you guys are understanding me, and i didnt use any programs and hacks.
Maybe it's just steam's error or my pc hacking/hacked
I hope my banned account will be recovered. (well, Valve wont. ww)
