120 hours - First and only playthrough. It's not worth $70.

First week was nothing but crashes. Update fixed crashes. Performance issues caused me angst until I downloaded a FrameGen mod.

MTX never bothered me.

1. Scoured every inch of the map.
2. Saw all 50 dungeons and more.
3. Never got Dragon-Covid once.
4. There's a ton of quests in both zones. (People who beat the game in 20 hours are failures)
5. Played first half of the game as Fighter, second half as Archer. Game felt like third-person Archer FPS.
6. This game was RIDDLED with frustrations. The list is long.
7. If I could get my money back I would have. I tried twice.
8. The game had a lot of good elements like exploration and combat.
9. I never played the first Dragon's Dogma.
10. This was almost a negative review.

Server Stuff: I have personally had very minimal issues since launch, but I also have more patience than others as well, so when server stability affected me I just found something else to do. That being said, the servers seem fine now. Complaining has slowed down.

The important part: Game is good. 8/10.

I like that the developers clearly played other ARPG's as far back as Diablo 2 (D2 easter egg was awesome) and are directly fans themselves. The developers are also very communicative with the player base. This game is the best ARPG out for me at the moment. The only thing I would say could be improved slightly may be environment detail, graphic quality and overall polish of the game itself. It's got a lot going for it, but there are some noticeable moments of lacking QOL or quality finish.

Early Access Review
Pleasantly surprised. I saw a YouTuber playing this game and thought why not try it since it's free. Well, some how I'm hooked and I really did not expect that. I purchased the full game with confidence at $5. It's simple yet effective. I rarely review games, but Halls of Torment has been enjoyable to play and more than meets the eye upon first glimpse.

I rarely leave reviews but God of War is a 10/10.

Without question, one of the best games I've ever played.

Thank you Santa Montica Studios. Can't wait for Ragnarok.

Best side scroll game I've ever played. Visually stunning as you can see from the trailers and screen shots.

Sadly, I don't have much time for video games these days or an interest for that matter. (Getting old sucks)

They just don't make em like they use to, but for Ori and the Blind Forest, I was captivated and entertained for more than 30 minutes, which is the average attention span most games get from me.

I'm looking forward to coming home from work and finishing Ori and the Blind Forest.

9/10.
