Played last 2017 and now trying to play again. But having a hard time to cope up cause of many changes with the heroes and also the items.

But comparing the DOTA 2 last 2017 to DOTA 2 currently, I can say there's less toxicity now. People are now picking supports and playing as a support also.
I guess most of filthy toxic players especially here in PH, switched to Mobile MOBAs.
