Okay, the game is undoubtedly great, it looks beautiful even in Medium aka Original PS4 graphic settings but the real issue lies here with the optimization, it's very poor. Starting with Clouds, the ultra just trashes your FPS. The texture filtering is weird, seems not working as mentioned by Digital Foundry. Most of the issues has been covered by them and I'm using their optimized settings for better performance with less to none visual forfeit. But the stuttering here and there just makes this a real bad experience. The in-game benchmark tool is garbage, so far what I've played the benchmark tool stats has no relevance with real performance. Needs some serious patches, there's tons of issues to fix. If you can wait, I'd recommend you to do so until patches deal with this issues to have an utmost experience.

Optimized settings:-
Texture: Ultra
Model: Ultra
Anisotropic Filtering: 16x from Nvidia control panel (All in-game settings broken atm)** [Update: Forcing x16 causing weird artifacts issue sometimes, turning that off fixed the problem]
Shadows: High (Medium looks nice too, ultra is not worth it for the FPS hit)
Reflection: Medium (High has a major performance hit)
Clouds: High (Ultra decimates FPS)
AA: TAA
Motion Blur: Off (Personal preference, not my cup of tea)
Ambient Occlusion: Medium (This seems broken too, Ultra looks more awful)

TLDR: Performance wise Not recommended at current state.

Will update the review once this issues are being fixed.
