Victoria 3 receives constant updates, which is fantastic when you're purchasing a game. I could write a detailed review outlining the pros and cons of this game, but instead, I'll simply say this: if you're somewhat intrigued by what you see, just go ahead and buy it. It offers better quality-to-price guarantees than your typical impulse buys. By the way, I haven't played Victoria 2.
