A good coop zombie game, with some things to point out:

I started to play Contagion around 2014. I loved everything of it. But the years passed and developers abandoned the game. In 2016 the first update came out, adding new characters and weapons to the game. Also a new game mode called Flatline (wave based mode). A lot of updates came out after this one but it is just to much now. They transformed the game into a "Call of Duty". There is no "vulnerability" feeling or lack of ammo / resources anymore. The new weapons like the Desert Eagle or the Auto Shotgun (Benilli) makes you feel like a god (there is also to much ammo for the DE, no matter the difficulty). The bow / crossbow received a big buff, converting these two weapons from C-D Tier to S Tier (you won't need to aim for the head with them and it insta kills everything). They also added a feature that allows you to push zombies back (you can abuse of it in many ways). The graphics / textures were downgraded to fix a crash issue that happened when the map was being loaded (not to mention that the new weapons looks horrible with these textures). They also added new death animations for the zombies but, to be honest, they looks horrible

The 2014 version was one of the best for me. The weapons / environment looked great, with a high detail on them and the overall stability of the game was better (performance, etc). All in all, still a good game if you want to kill the boredom or if you are a zombie enthusiast but i warn you: the servers are almost empty so you would be playing mostly single player (or you can also play with a friend)
