Best running simulator... EVER. Still waiting for the Beta,lel.

Edit:BETA is here. It is still nowhere close to a finished game or beta worthy one, but...still the best running simulator.

Edit 2: Still not finished but one of the best running simulator.

Edit 3: The game gets 3 or 4 big patches, rich in content,every year. It's not finished, but ... still the best running simulator.
