It has been an up and down experience with BF 2042.

I have had a super fun time with this game, as with the previous games. Unfortunately due to how this game started out there was a large amount of doubt on future support, but years later it is more fun than ever.

It could have been very easy to ditch this game but they keep patching and balancing and making maps better.

It's hard. But it's also easy.
If a boss is too hard, give up and explore for a bit, have some good times finding cool places and gear, then return and destroy that boss.

Played for over 16 hours straight as soon as it came out, and I started playing at 1am.

Shadow Warrior 2
Watch Dogs 2
Dying Light

It will take a while for patches to come out but when they do the content is there!
I have seen many glitches (usually due to sloped ground) but only 2 were game breaking:
One was when changing vsync to 144Hz the game crashed but when I reloaded and tried again it worked fine.
The other was getting stuck on some weird collision and I had to reload the save.

If we do not count the glitches:
It is the best game I have ever played, and at 16 hours it feels like I am not even close to finishing it yet.

Edit at 252 hours: I have only now gotten every achievement with a total of 3 full completions of the story and side gigs. Easily my favourite game ever.

Many great upgrades to Borderlands 2.

If I did not like this game I would not have spent dozens of hours going for all base-game achievements after completing the main story a few times.

The story is famously not great (the only reason I have heard for this is that the main villains were annoying) but I would say that I enjoyed the story a pretty decent amount.

The MAIN villains were admittedly a little overly-corny this time around but the game more than makes up for this with still having great villains everywhere else with memorable set pieces such as "The Warden".

The gun play is satisfying and the mayhem modes are an extremely fun challenge.
The skill trees and loadout synergies are quite deep with many viable combinations.

My main gripe is there being 2 season passes!

If you like rogue lites then try this out.
Even if deck builders aren't your thing just try this one out.
There is a fun learning curve consisting of learning all of the synergies that can near break the game at times.
Pretty damn happy with this purchase as I go back to it time and time again.

Cool little puzzle game.
Runs well, is entertaining, and feels good to play.

Very fun game based around acquiring resources to make other resources to make more resources to be the strongest thing in the entire world.
Extremely good community behind it with a great development team that is almost always available to help on the discord.

Both this and Gunpoint are both great games by the same publisher
