I don't think this game deserves to be mixed, 4 hours in it's a decent xcom game. I haven't played xcom games extensively, but I've played other cover shooters like gears, mass effect, army of two, etc., and this is is clunky yes, but it's fun to command your guys and fight real time, it still has the xcom strategy rng feel to while also being a shooter. The pacing is slow sometimes (force walk on dialogue for example), but overall story isn't terrible, pretty standard for xcom. I haven't had too many bugs, had to reload checkpoint cause I got stuck on terrain once. Overall, solid 7/10 game so far, should be at least mostly positive not mixed.
