Cool game. When will it come out of beta tests, I'm sure I will enjoy it.

Extremely fun, I would even say it's too cheap for how cool of a game it is. It's absolutely a blast.

In many aspects it is even worse than CS:GO. This is the same game since 2003, feels aged, and cheating is rampant. There are simply better alternatives out there.

A timeless classic, excellent price to hours spent ratio

One of few Paradox GS titles that works decently without DLCs, and DLCs really feel like extra content instead of content stripped from the base game.
Very Sandboxey, climatic and has "just the right" amount of micromanagement IMO. Even so, there are natural options to increase or decrease the number of things you can micromanage (e.g. switching politics or species), which a lot of other PDX titles fail at.
The mods available, though mostly aged, are great additions once you get bored of the game's content.
Like most other Paradox GS games, the late game is horrible when it comes to performance. But it doesn't stand out *as* much.
Overall a very solid game. Especially considering, that there are some other similar in size games set in space - and Stellaris doesn't seem particularly worse than average.

Update: Stellaris 4.0 broke the game and Paradox doesn't seem to hurry to fix it. 20+ hotfixes and pops still won't manage amenities properly. Do not buy until it is fixed.

Quite okay. Fun for plenty of time for an okay price. The game is fun at the beginning, then is pain called "getting to Amplifiers", then is fun again for a while. Not quite balanced, but pretty fun regardless. Worth checking out generally speaking, and definitely when on a sale.

Fun, for a reasonable price with subscription.
