Resident Evil: Revelations 2 is the most solid RE game I played in recent years.

Having to switch characters back & forth seems like a bad idea at first but once getting used to it, it's not much of a trouble. Besides, everything else rocks! ... Story, atmosphere, game mechanics, extras, replayability ... In the end, a satisfying single-player experience.

In term of game machanics, I feel it bears a lot of resemblances to the "Tomb Raider (2013)" which is another solid game all round.

In absence of fan's favourite like Chris, Jill, & Leon... RE:R2 somehow managed to thrive.

P.S. No comment on the Raid Mode... perceiving it as an endless quest for loots, which is not my cup of tea.

Don't get me wrong... The game is not bad. It has unique style as you can see. It just... isn't as scary as I hope when I saw the promotional video; a few jump scare, too few and too easy puzzles (seriously. I'm NOT smart when I say it's easy it really is.) There is no twist in the storyline where, I think, should be... Put it bluntly, It's too blunt.

Again, not a bad game to spend time with in one lazy day. Just... if asked about a horror game, I'll have pointed in other direction.

OUTLAST is meant to deliver horror experience and it did so beautifully.

This is a pretty cool side scrolling game. Stealth-based gameplay ... NOT fast-paced action. Controlling mechanism is neat. Difficulty will depend on how complete (in each stage) a player desires; for example, to clear pefectly, he may need to solve additional puzzle or met some harder criteria. ... I'm not joking ... things will get really really hard! Either way, it's a good fun. Easily enjoybale.

Antichamber is like a book full of life lessons; it's not a puzzle game, rather a gathering of self-improvement thoughts molded into gaming experience. In comparison to Stanley Parable (not recommended), Antichamber is more like a dear old friend giving you simple but valuable advice while in Stanley Parable it's a sarcastic, Mr. know-it-all preaching over commonly known but hard to answer notions.

Thumbs up for the way the creator choose to represent. Recommended.

Story is well-written. It's not a horror like "Outlast" ... more like suspended (genre), to be precise.

The gameplay also is well-designed in many ways. For example, backtracking prevention; the game always imply which way to go so it's hard to get lost. While moves & fighting tools are limited, the situation given are not so the overall gameplay is not repetitve. Nice! Also, it's graphically beautiful and no bug.

Lastly, I think it might not be the most memorable game around, but it's a joy ride nonetheless.
