there are some issues with the game engine where if you lagged out / spiked in the middle of a song, all hitobject will be out of sync for the rest of the song.

another downside is songs are kinda old, even with the dlc, and not all song have its 3DMV (where you can customize the character shown). you can install mods to add songs though.
