Often referred to as "The Best Elder Scrolls Game", Morrowind is indeed the best.

In neither Oblivion nor Skyrim do enemy Marksmen pull out ammunition lodged in their body to throw or shoot it back at you.

Case Closed.

OMG that's so true! Morrowind is def the GOAT. I wish they would bring back those mechanics for a future elder scrolls game.
