Dynamic, new content every quarter, challenging, near infinite builds. This is definitely one of my most favorite games of all time. GGG are also a very great developers, being open minded to feedback and new ideas since it's humble beginnings over 10 years ago.

It's not for everyone, but if you like aRPGs, it is worth trying. While it may seem complex at first, there is a large community that have plenty of guides, builds, tips and tricks to feed from to help anyone new, seasoned, or even old-time players to understand the game's mechanics. With new content every league, there's always changes to re-challenge us to finding new ways to do things and experience. Sometimes experimental, sometimes balancing (both up and down).

I have played well over 3k hrs of this over the years on Steam or it's standalone client. I will keep playing it until PoE 2 is released. :)

If you tried it years ago, I'd say try it again, as most everything has been changed or re-balanced at least 1-3 times since then, so your experience will be different.
