CS:GO has been the most liked and popular FPS title released in the Counter-Strike series. Since I started playing in Q4 2017, I have thoroughly enjoyed the overall gameplay, especially with the introduction of new features such as competitive skill groups, the ranking system, and the in-game buying and selling of weapon cosmetic skins on the community market. However, I must express my disappointment with the VAC system, as the prevalence of cheats in matchmaking servers, whether prime or non-prime, as well as on popular third-party platforms like Faceit and ESEA, remains high. Private cheats for ESEA are easily accessible, which indicates a persistent cheating problem in CS:GO, regardless of where you play. It is crucial for Valve to address this issue seriously and make improvements to their Anti-Cheat system, as the Overwatch system is ineffective and slow, with delayed bans for cheaters. Furthermore, Overwatch cases are rarely reviewed anymore. Lastly, I invite you to watch the video below, which showcases the current state of CS:GO, revealing that many cheaters go unpunished and can freely exploit expensive inventory items and higher Steam levels.
