This was bad. I am not confident to buy another game at release from Bungie nor the DLC.
It's not review bombing if it's true.

A MUST BUY. Update your GPU drivers. Textures under your VRAM limit. Shadows Max -> High. Turn off Ray Tracing. Turn off Hair Strands. You will not get any crashes with RT off and you'll still get a great experience out of this game.

This game offers so much and despite the optimization woes it's a great game with visuals, effects, audio, and story.

People shouldn't be afraid to play something they enjoy and I'm glad the developers are getting recognition for it being a successful game. It's even surpassed last years GOTY.

I would keep playing if the game didn't put me against the sweatiest players and latency that makes everyone else take more damage than normal. You won't be able to have fun unless you have a full stack of the best players of yourself.

Campaign is mediocre and predictable. The multiplayer is good until SBMM makes you get a 1.0 K/D and losses. There's no Combat Record, the UI is bad, and there's not really a reason to play besides to unlock other weapons plus some camo. $70 is steep for most and the game feels incomplete as they promise a ton of modes you can expect to go against sweats in. The game also has bugs with certain hardware unless you're a tech wizard in getting every setting changed to make it the least stuttery.

Makes you wonder and want to look into the world more. Wish this was a full game filled with puzzles. Reminds me a bit of Myst.

If you loved the hack and slash action when you first got Devil May Cry either you started since the first game or the fourth you can understand the story. It really gives fans everything they wanted and using the RE2 Engine it's very stable for my humble i5-6400, 8GB of RAM, RX 470 setup with no issues(60+ fps High). The only thing that troubles me is no ultrawide(21:9) support without getting real technical with the games code. One can hope they will update the game to give support after this review. It doesn't get too serious and neither should you, just enjoy the game and get better!

A game everyone should try!
Worth the buy to experience this game and the cut in price makes it worth it even more.
Not everyone will be nice and not everyone will kill you when you're naked.

If you went through all kinds of software like Rainmeter to get a better desktop. This may be the only thing you need.. Did I mention it is only $4?

Great game with a story that you cannot wait to finish. The gameplay is a lot of fun and you will not get tired of killing Nazis. If you are running a newer AMD graphics card (RX 4XX) you need to have the older 16.11.3 drivers installed. I suggest you use AMD's utility to clean the drivers, restart, install old drivers, restart again, and then this game should be running without any crashes (especially at the prison level). You may still encounter bugs and bad fps, but atleast it is playable.
