it's just so addictive. if you're like me and you love fast paced action games with simple mechanics and skill ceilings so high they practically don't exist, this game is guaranteed to do it for you

and fun as hell too
i wouldn't necessarily call it a souls-like;
the atmosphere, style, and tones r far too different, not to mention the differences in mechanics.
this being said though, if u enjoy souls games, u will almost definitely enjoy this
like souls, its a compelling narrative with an incredibly strong sense of atmosphere, told through a medium of unforgiving challenge
