The character models feel unfinished despite being imported assets.
The menus don't run above 20fps even on the lowest graphic settings.
The keybindings are odd, to say the least e.g. why is the item menu bound to G?
There's a nauseating amount of camera shake which can't be turned off, especially for melee heroes.

Not a great game, sadly.
I write this from an unbiased perspective as I wanted to give each of the Paragon reboots a fair shot, and for a game with $6mil assets and a further $20mil in funding, I was left sorely disappointed when it appears that it seems to have lost everything that made the game fun - it makes you wonder where that funding had gone, perhaps more into paid streams and promotions rather than the core gameplay when its competitors have much more accomplished with much less funding.
